.I, too, have developed a twitching on the inside of my nose. Very weird feeling. It's not very obvious when I look in a mirror, but I can feel it happening in my nasal passages. It's over in seconds. Been taking the generic for Sinemet for 3 weeks now, so not sure if it is a side effect of the drug or just another symptom of Parkinson's. I was diagnosed with possible Parkinsons about 6 weeks ago when I developed lip and chin trembling.
