For that matter ... never take any other seritonin or ssri with serzone except to offset reduction from serzone. The main ... here is going off of the mediction. When you cut your serzone dosage which has a half life of about 18-36 hour you ... tell you or what you even read. Take weeks reducing serzone if you have to go off it and only a very small amout ... care if it takes you a year to get off of 300mg of serzone . My Psychratrist wanted me to go off of it while on ... very slowly tappering onto another ssri to offset the serzone . If you do this, don't let your Doctor talk you into ... time you need. I had no liver problems after being on serzone for over 4 years taking it 3 times a day with xanax...
