I used Serzone for 8 months. Although I don't think that I suffered noticable damage, I did have a liver function test (simple blood test) done at the doctor. Turned out fine. The incidence of liver failure is about 1 in 250,000 people over a 6 or 12 month period (I can't remember) so it averages out to be a pretty slight chance. Those aches are probably caused a little by your worrying about the possibility. Have that blood test and then you can relax.
