I have been on Lexapro since it came out 2 years ago. I started on 10mg qd, then 20mg qd. Originally, I was on serzone. Since I have been on the Lexapro my anxiety has got so much worse. I have been on it so long that maybe it just stopped working. There are only 2 doses 10 and 20, after that... who knows what you are suppose to do. Also, since the doctor has just taken me off and put me on zoloft I had been doing research. I founf that Lexapro is only FDA approved for depression and generalized anxiety disorder. No panic, OCD, or social anxiety. So, if you have any other form of anxiety outside of GAD or depression I would say look else where.
