this is my first time posting on this board so first off I wan to say hi and I know how you all feel I have suffered from anxiety for about 13 or 14 years and it is horrible one of the wrst feelings in the world.What I am wondering is I have been on zanax for at least 12 years and serzone for depression.For the most part my depression ha s been good and I really never have anxiety attacks on the meds.I am noew pregnant with my second child adn I'm not sure what is happening my depression has gotten bad and my anxiety has been horrible I have all of the above symptoms of it back again and I just don't want to go through tjis who does though.Do you think I am ammune to them so they are not working anymore?should I switch meds?the zanax has been like my rock I am of course addicted to it so it gives me anxiety just thinking about not being on it.I don't think my doctor will up the dose considering I am pregnant and they on not the best meds to be on right now.Just wondering what everyone else has done if they have had this same problem.What are some other good meds I was living anxiety free for the most part so this is so hard please any help would be great.
