Hello,
I have been diagnosed with agitated depression and severe anxiety, but I am not sure about it...I have never had any attacks with racing heart and sweating and all that. I feel constantly anxious, and I constantly had this pressure in my head, like it's going to explode, or wants to expand, but there is an iron ring around it, so pressure inside mounts. I am going to burst out of my head soon, or at least suffer brain damage from the pressure. At least that's what I feel like.:eek: Lamictal helped, I went from feeling like this all the time to feeling it only sometimes, when I am stresed. I have not seen this described as a symptom in the DSV.
Does anyone have this? What can one do against it? (Ativan seems to help, but I can take it only rarely. I have taken Paxil, Effexor, Serzone, and other stuff, but nothing helped against this feeling.)
