my dr. just presribed me seroquel for when i get off suboxone. I only have 25 mgs and i bite it in half. I pass out and can barely wake up the next day--i cant imagine 200 mgs!

what is seroquel?

Seroquel is an antipyschotic used to to treat schizophrenia and people who are bipolar. It's also commonly prescribed as a sleeping pill. I was prescribed it to help me sleep and to only take 25mg, but I i would take 50 and 100, and then 200 and the most I ever took was 400mg while I was drunk. It really does put you out and make you want to sleep 12 hours. I don't take it anymore and really don't need it. I'm also an alcoholic and I probably took it a lot of the time while under the influence.
