Swimfast 989, I can say I'm feeling better generally than before,
but I can't say 'no more' symptoms. Actually I still have some ups and downs, particularly with weather changes,
however I believe the gap is narrowing.
As for what improved, I cut my dose of inhaled steroid by 75% (from eight puffs/a day to two puffs/a day).
Also, now I take serevent only once a day (I took it twice before the start of the diet).
But what striked me most is that my EFV1 was 90% (a record high for me) at a pulmonary test which I took about one month after I started the diet.
My peak flow is leveling off, no significant change. I guess this shows my small airway condition is getting better.
Now I think (or hope) it's not just a placebo effect.
I still sometimes have chest tightness and loss of breath, but overall things are getting better.
My 'works well' means these things above.
Hope this would help.
