I just wanted to chime in about generic drugs... When I was taking percocet (instead of mscontin and morphine ir) there was a HUGE difference in whether I got roxicet, endocet, etc. So, I stayed w/the pharmacy that did oxycodone only. OTHERWISE I seemed to "get used to a lower dose" and have a "bad opiate headache" when I finally got a prescription that was of a quality generic. It also left me with poorly controlled pain part of the time, and then giddy half of the time. This left me feeling like a junkie "What a rush man. I finally got the good stuff". Not a good feeling. I was glad to have a pharmacy that used one type of generic only. I am glad for my current med regime (mscontin/morphine ir/lyrica) as there aren't really choices.
