Any medication that makes you throw up doesn't seem right. You can read right there on any label that a sign of complications/overdose is nausea. It's good to know that you didn't overdose. . .but it could be any number of things that caused that. Not used to the medication, oxycodone and your system dont mix well, too much too fast, drug interaction with something else you might be on. So many things that could have gone wrong, but in my opinion you should stop taking immediately until you have gone over the coomplications with your doctor. Oxycontin in the 20MGS and above are designed to be time released and it may just be that it's a little too much for you too handle. With the 5MGS, they are a little more controllable (i.e. OxyIR, Roxicet) because you control them techincally by when and how many you take versus the automated time release you may be subjected to when taking the higher doses of OC. good luck, hope it gets better.
