Hi my son who is 7, is on Concerta. It is a low does. It works well but he has no appatite. We tried ritalin really bad and adderall that was the worst. Maybe Concerta is to high a dose. MY son is on folkalin it's new 20mg. It does not really help his appitite so well go back to Concerta. All i can say is it is very upsetting to keep trying new drugs believe me I know. But the benefits outway the cons. So all I can say is that are many new drugs and maybe you will adventually find one for your son.
