justdivin, it sounds like we share a lot of the same traits.
It's funny, because I was just thinking about how it wouldn't be so bad if my employer changes health insurance plans again this June, because it would be a graceful excuse for changing psychiatrists so I could get off most of these meds.
I'm taking about 6 kinds of meds now. Different than yours (only 10mg Adderall, but maxed out on Zoloft).
My mom used to say that if they tipped her upside-down, she would rattle from all the pills she was taking.
Well, the same could be said of me now.
And there's really only one medication that's working (Risperdal).
Personally, I appreciate inconsistency so much, that I'm not sure I really want to be any other way. After all, "Variety is the spice of life."
But, yeah. It's no fun when you really want to be consistent and can't be. :(
With me, it's the prioritizing. But since no meds are helping, I think that by just being aware of it (and having it explained by my psychiatrist/psychologist) that I am making a little progress in this area.
