I have a problem of depresion turned into anger too, Im on meds( welbutrin 150 xl,xanax 0.5 on afternoons and restoril at night,but Imtaking the restoril whem I wake up because I cant control myself and I wake up angry always like I " i cant fit into my skin" if you know the feeling and theres no one to talk about it, my husband wants me to be a happy, non-complaning wife and since he knows that im taking meds he is always right in any argument because Im "the one with issues". I have kids and this is affecting us all, my doctor wont pay much attention to it when I tell him, last visit I told him what I was doing and he didnt say a thing.
what can I do, should I try something over the counter, can anything like that help a little bit?
please help, I feel so alone in this!
