There are meds like Sonata, Ambien, Restoril, Serax...all of which are medications for sleeping. then like another post said...trazadone, elavil, etc.. sleep does not come easy when detoxing. I did not sleep for 3 straight days I think it was...this board was my only sanity those days. It is tough, but something that has to be done...if you can make it to day six, take on day at a time, then your on day seven...next thing ya know...a month. See about getting something to help sleep but dont get discouraged if you have problems sleeping...it happens and it sucks, but gets better. Good luck
