Klonopin works very well for w/d's and even Restoril but they are VERY VERY VERY habbit forming and the wd's are far worse than opiates. Ive never kicked the benzos but tried even inpatient.
My Combo for the opiates were...
Neurontin - All 7 Days For seizures
Clonidine - All 7 Days For b/p
Phenobarbital - also for seizures, and anxiety. I could not take valium because I was also trying to kick the benzos but I refused the phenobarb anyway.
And just Motrin and Robaxin as needed for pain. I refused the Darvon too because I just like to know when the symptoms are gone and like it would work, I was tearing the bed sheets apart.
