[QUOTE=LisaS731;3355930]Is this a good combination for wrinkles on the face - especially the delicate eye area?
Hey,
I see a plastic surgeon, for my skin issues, have never had plastic surgery and i used to work for dermatologists as a nurse and surgical assistant. Most skin damage and aging is due to the sun and genetics. I am in my forties and have beautiful skin, so does my mother and all of her sisters so i believe in genetics, i have no crows feet or discoloration, and my secret is Hydroquinone and Renova used at the same time. However i have not used it for a year, so i know that that is not the only reason, the reason why i have not used it as i am on disability and it is expensive, but my skin has not changed, it just looks more luminous when i do use it.
I put on the hydroquinone which is a bleaching cream and then the renova after before i go to bed, then i use sunscreen everyday. The reason i see a plastic surgeon for my skin care is because he is a friend and can prescribe these medications, i have not even thought of surgery yet, as my skin tone and texture is in great condition, knock on wood. My experience in the dermatological field taught me a lot and i learned that most of the sun damage we get in our lives takes place before the age of 12. We pay for it later on in life with sun damage, that is when it shows up, many years later, so if you were a sun worshiper in your early teens you will notice it as you age. I lived in London in my early teens, never saw the sun. I contribute that to my skin now, and as i stated before genetics is also a big part of it. I hopes this helps
