a good cream for facial wrinkles (Aging Issues board)

5th October 2007
Hi CriscoBaby!

You can use Retin-A under your eyes (I apply at the top of my cheek bone where the eye skin begins) and on crows feet. Just make sure you only apply a small amount and dab gently under the eyes and crows feet till cream is absorbed. I would recommend starting out very slowly--as Retin-A has an extreme drying effect. Perhaps apply only 3 x a week and work your way up. If Retin-A seems to harsh, you might want to look into Renova, or eye peptides. I'm going to try the peptides soon.

Also, I would also recommend using emu oil or olive oil on top of the application as it keeps the eye area moist and helps prevent other wrinkles forming.

(btw - I'm changing face soaps. There's too many chemicals in store brand soaps (even in the mildest forms like Dove). I've purchased some organic kind that's all natural. As we start to age, our skin loses natural oils, which in effect dries out the skin. It's very important to find a good natural soap and moisturizer to keep skin supple and help elasticity.)
