I originally posted this question in the Skin Care section.

I have a friend who's an aesthitician, and she said that fine lines are often caused by dehydration. Have other people heard this? I've had them years, but I go through phases where I fixate on them. Besides drinking a lot of water and cutting back on caffeine, does anyone have any suggestions? I don't think I'd be too fond of using Renova.....
