I use Renova as prescribed by my doctor. And for some reason the face cream Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Cream (from any drugstore 8 bucks) helps too. I use it on my face and it clears my skin. Dunno why!!

Also, derms often recommend Neutrogena Salytic acid body wash - but it is very drying and makes you a bit ichy.
