I've been using the Enzymatic fructose free sugarless DGL which works well but it does contain glycine and I'm not sure about the effects of this addditive. I've also seen the Enzymatic exactly like what I'm taking but it contains milk thistle. Is it better to use a brand that is just pure DGL? VitaCost has one which I can't recall the name of right now ...Planetary something or other. What's best and is the milk thistle ok? I'm taking several prescription drugs and concerned about interactions (Valium, Remeron and Valtrex). Thanks
