Sorry my grammar isnt the best and this might be long so if i cant get much help ill undertsand. i talked to my doctor about the ADD and he knows about this because he gave me ritilan as a kid i also told him about my ocd, my trouble getting to sleep and me not leaving my house for over 4 years because im peranoid on what people think of me. im a 25 yearold male the meds i take now are remeron at night (an anti-depressent) and vicoprohen (i got tons of bs excuses to use it but i got myself additced).

so in short what did he say? he said go back on the ritlain for the ADD now im 25 isnt ritilan for kids? i thought its adderall or something now? he also said to now try the anti-depressant called luvox to help with my ocd, my problem getting to sleep etc. he said that to stop using the remeron after a week of the luvox. the remeron is really the only thing at night that calms me a little i also looked up luvox and i dont see where it says it helps with sleep. I mean i dont like the idea of ritilan because it made me a zombie as a kid i just feel with the ritilan im on too many meds. the idea was to go on these other meds to get off the vioprohen because while the vicoporhen helps with the bad head aches i get, the really bad toohaches i get from bad teeth it also calms me down to the point where my ocd and add isnt nearly as bad and makes me feel better about myself. but now im scared to go off the remeron and all i see in the future is me being even worse off with no help.

really i dont know where im going with this but i dont like the doctors advice at all and im looking to see if other people see the samething

seriousperson, thanks for replying it means alot knowing someone can understand me. I have someone that comes to my house once a week shes not a physiatrist I mean she cant perscribe meds but she acts like a physiatrist. I asked her about the meds and she said it was ok like you said to take ritilan but to maybe try ritilan extended release? or should i just ask my doctor to do what you do? as for the teeth these are the problems:

1. I cant leave my house even when they get absessed (sp?) i sit in throbbing pain hoping the antibiotics work and if they do i go atleast 3 days in extreme pain but if they dont it can last about a week

2. money. you said i can find dental schools thats good advice but that would require me to maybe go to even more places and again when i say ive been a shut-in for 4 years i mean it, i dont even get the mail

now as for the imitrix im hoping when i get on some sort of ritilan and some ocd med that maybe i wont get these bad headaches because my mind just doesnt quit so im thinking thats why this happens. the person who comes once a week said if i dont want to try luvox right now that paxil might help the same. in short i think i want to keep the remeron but also go on another anti-depressent. btw, when i say i talked to the doctor i mean i called the doctor i didnt go and see him
