I started taking the anti-depressant Remeron about 2 1/2 yrs ago. It was prescribed to me to help me sleep. It works great. I am not fond of any anti-D's but this one has helped me tremendously. Also generic benedryl works good to. When I went off of vicodin a couple years ago It took quite a while before my sleep patterns were normal then I started the Remeron and it helped that night. It doesnt take weeks like most other anti-D's. Good luck
