SpineAz is correct that too much acetaminophen is dangerous to your liver. People have died from completely accidental acetaminophen overdoses. Generally we say 4000 mg (8 extra strength Tylenol) is the 24 hour limit for most people. Anyone who consumes alcohol daily or has any type of liver disease is not even allowed that much.
