I have also developed severe swelling from 2 Nsaids in the past (relafen and mobic), though it wasnt in my legs or feet...it was in my face, particularly bad around my eyes, that they almost swelled shut. These drugs can also affect your kidney's, which can also cause swelling. Either way, there are lots of possible causes of the swelling, just make sure to get it investigated.
