I wouldn't discount anything as an effect of Reglan. I do believe the bladder is ALSO connected to the autonomic nervous system (ANS), so it could be affected by anything affecting that system/GI system.
Reglan works on the ANS, so don't put anything past it as far as causing problems.
It gave me severe heart palpitations and racing heart the week after I started it at minimum normal dosage. The heart rate/skipping is also controlled by the ANS (directly from the vagus nerve).
I'd insist that it probably IS the Reglan. Go to another doctor, and stop the med's in the meantime unless you're so badly off GI-wise you can't handle it.
