Yes i sometimes feel nauseous in the morning and most of the day. Did you have reflux symptoms as well? I can only eat a few crackers, jello and maybe a small burger the whole day. I am not hungry at all, although I do get hunger pains I have no appetite.

So how long did it take for your symptoms to go away? Did they give you medicine? I was given Reglan but cant take it until after my gastric emptying test this afternoon. Let me know!

Generally you're stuck with it, unless some root cause can be found (some have it from a viral infection that eventually rights itself, e.g.).

I haven't read it but it may be that some just don't get any worse and maybe get better - like your body just got wrong and just needed time to rectify (besides the viral stuff). Just don't count on it going away.

I hope the Reglan works for you. Warning: if you ever feel ANY odd symptoms for yourself after Reglan, such as tremors, twitching, heart skipping/pounding/racing - mostly nerve-system stuff - stop it immediately and tell the doctor. Don't wait and tough it out. If you're lucky, you won't have problems with Reglan, but problems with it are very common - and they're not good 1s!

They said my pancreas is slightly inflamed in the bloodwork, but not like pancreatitis type increase. Im thinking this may be the cause. Er doc said it could have benn due to a virus or something. I have my days of eating, but still cant eat like I use to. I am so worried I will stay like this forever. I am on day 2 of Reglan, had to take 5 mg, 10 mg made me sleepy!!! I hope this stuff works!

I never personally had much reflux just a heckofa lot of dry retching... not nice!! ... No real tips for the nausea sadly.... Im on Motilium (AKA Domperidone) and have found its cut my nausea STRAIGHT away.... have had REALLY good results on it...

i've heard a few horror stories about reglan, but some people have had some success as well, never taken it myself but i do know a lot of people from the US get domperidone from canada? Just a thought!
