I had a endoscopy done about 3 years ago and was found to have acid reflux/gerd, and took Ranitidine 150mg. For about a month now my problems have returned plus some new ones . I have been gassy, alot of belching,pain that goes up into my throat and even my ears, also the strangest feeling on my right side near my rib, no pain but a fluttering or twitching, it's hard to describe.Think it's time for another endoscopy?

Hi, I am sorry you have to suffer this. Ranitidine isn't as strong as the PPI acid blocker meds. If you are under 45 you could try these for a few weeks.
People over 45 should have a scope done BEFORE taking these meds, and any blood in vomit or stools, or black stools mean another scope right away.
