I had the water brash about two years ago and after taking PPIs for a few months it went away but I still have a feeling of a slimy coating in my mouth. It is worse at night along with the lump in throat feeling, cough, throat clearing and hoarseness. I only take ranitidine now as I have bad side effects on PPIs. I think this is all caused by GERD and LPR.
Does anyone else have a bad taste in your mouth or the slimy feeling?
