You will feel better in about 5 days. Maybe take some time off of work. Get lots of immodium some dark chocolate, over the counter sleep aid, st john wort (if not on anti depressant), valerium root for sleep and to help with restless legs, also quinine pills or tonic water with quinine in it. Day 3 will be tough but you will get through it although not easily. I would try to taper down a little bit more b4 jumping into cold turkey. Right now it will be very hard to go cold turkey. You can do it you can get off these pills and get your life back. It will be the fight of your life but can be done.
