Could my daughters asthma be due to allergies?? (Allergies board)

21st June 2005
My 3 year old has been sick since oct 2004. Her congestion has never let up, but before she has an asthma attack-she gets more congestioned and her eyes become red, swollen and draining white/yellow. Could this be an allergy causing her problems??

She did have some common allergy testing done (skin and blood)-which came back neg. They recently took her adnoids out and put tubes in both her ears-to promote thick drainage to move.

She is not getting any better

Her current meds:
pulmicort 1 mg daily, singular 4 mg daily, prevacid 15 mg daily, nasonex 50 mcg daily, patenol eye drops 1-2 drops in each eye daily as needed, xopenex 3 times a day as needed.
