I must've taken 50mg Modafinil (Provigil, Alertec) for about 5 days in total (during a course of two weeks) and each time I got a very strong headache after the effects started wearing off. I got a very strong headache as I posting this too, haha. I never took more than 50mg of Modafinil but even 50mg gives me a headache that lasts all day (starts at about 3pm if I take it early in the morning).

Does anyone know if that side-effect should subside over time? I would really hate to stop Modafinil just because of the headaches, as it is helping with a few other problems really well.
