Provigil has been prescribed by some doctors (off label) to treat ADD for the last few years, but it doesn't seem to work well for most people. If your ADD is moderate to severe you will most likely see little or no improvement.

If your ADD is moderate to severe you will most likely see little or no improvement. 22nd November 2006 I tried Provigil, and had success for a long time. However, I am only mildly ADD and have severe depression. It was great for depression, but only helped ADD a little bit. |
