Hi, I've been on Strattera for about 7 months. While I have been able to focus much better and minimize my general forgetfulness and scatterbrained thinking, I still have to keep after myself. To get things done, I still need to do several things at one time and keep a notebook handy. I definitely have to work twice as hard as the next guy just to keep up, but I do see the difference in taking Strattera. The last 3 or 4 months I've been taking 105 mg nightly. The past week or so my pdoc bumped me up to 130 mg a day. While he tells me its a high dose, he says he has other patients on even higher doses. I can't take any of the stimulants for ADD because I am also bipolar. I also take 400 mg Provigil every day to combat Narcolepsy. I guess I will continue taking Strattera until either something better comes along or until it doesn't work anymore. Hope this helps. By the way, I'm 40 yrs old.
