24 yr old male: a couple months ago, i went to the ER for chest pains, feeling like i was going to pass out. Had EKG done w/ chest x-ray. all was said to be ok. followed up with doc, and was sent to a cardiologist. holter monitor and more EKG done, said nothing to worry about. just recently been having moments where my stomach is constantly gurgling, feeling to burp but cannot, along with mild chest pressure. a couple days ago, went to doctors for the upset stomach, and left breast area seems to be swelling. put on protonix to see if it helps with possible GERD, yet knowing that my left breast is swelling and the doc says he does not feel anything, and sent me for sonogram of the area to rule out hypertrophied muscle vs mass is making me feel uneasy. sometimes when i look right, i can feel a pulling in the left breast area. any idea why i could be feeling crappy, along with the swelling would be greatly appreciated.

went to the doctors today for the sonogram of the left area, no final results in yet, but was told there seemed to be tissue growth. doctor put me on protonix, has helped a little bit, but not much.
