Lightheaded and spaced out! HELP! (General Health board)

1st January 2004
I have had some health problems for last 6 months were I am lightheaded and very spaced out 24/7. It all started after I was hit with some flu like virus 3 times in a row 3 days after stoping a months worth of a drug called protonix. At first I was real dizzy and nauseated. There are lots of sensations like tingley, hot/cold but the worse is the pain in my legs at the knees and ankles I also have it in my lower back it feel like i am coming down with the flu all the time. The achyness part. I have had leg pains for 10+ years it feels worse since the dizziness crap started. I have had a lot of testing done. For the last 4 months I have not seen a doctor as they have cleared out my savings. They got sick of dealing with me so they called it anxiety and gave me paxil. I have been on paxil for 4 months and it has done little fo me.

Does anyone know what I could have? I am 35 and 170lbs. Does this sound like anxiety?

Thank you

Derek
