What medications/supplements do you take for either or both of these issues?

I currently take:

klonopin wafers .25mg 2xdaily for anxiety
ativan as needed for anxiety (I take MAYBE .25mg a month LOL)

propranolol 20-30mg 4xdaily for SVT/PVCs

I also take calcium/magnessium and fish oil for both issues.

I am likely switching to a different med in liu of the propranolol soon (because it is causing me exercise induced asthma) and it has me nervous. I have talked to several Drs and a pharmacist about their opinions and I am getting totally mixed messages!!

General Dr said she thinks metroprol is what I should take.

Psychiatrist was always happy I was on propranolol and thought it was a great med for me due to the fact that it helps with BOTH anxiety and SVT. He said the metropol may cause heightened anxiety. I do NOT want this...I would rather have the asthma!!

Allergist said I should take atenolol. I have heard bad things about this one.

The cardiologist NP is calling me back tomorrow with their opinion.

The whole thing has me so stressed out!!!!!
