I'm on 30 mg of Propranolol (3 10mg per day) and I want to take the Bach Flower remedy 'Rescue Remedy' when I'm on my England trip with my school instead of resorting to my Ativan. I think it's 27% alcohol and you usually take 2 sprays up to 8 times a day. Would this be okay to take? I don't know how safe it is to take small doses of alcohol with Beta Blockers. Thanks for any responses.
