I use the product Sensibio Flush: it's great against blushing etc! It's just a moisturizer, healthier than taking propranolol etc. I don't know if they have it where you live though...

I noticed there was a brief discussion on the acne board about Propranolol, and although it wasn't directly associated with the acne itself I actually ended up contacting to the makers of Propranolol last year to make a complaint because, to cut a long story short, I believe that there is a link between taking this tablet and the development of acne - over a period of years I was temporarily on these three times in total, and on the 3 occassions that I was prescribed this medicine I developed acne patches on my face, which although cleared after I discontinued the use of the tablet, nonetheless came back once I resumed the medicine again.
Of course there is no definitive proof but my doctor thought this was a good observation and I thought that I would mention it to other people on here.
