Just wondering if anyone has any odd side effects from their meds. I take:
Skelaxin, 2400 mg per day
Gabapentin (Neurontin generic), 1800 mg per day
Dextroamphetamine 30 mg (for Narcolepsy)
Propoxyphene (Darvocet generic), every six hours as needed. I only
take it maybe twice a day.

So, the pain I am having must be a side effect. I have wicked pain in my fingers on both hands. Also the feet. It feels like what I would imagine arthritis feels like. There may be a tiny bit of fluid retention. Only because my wedding ring feels a little tight. It is very painful. None of the above meds help. I am starting to notice that everything hurts.

So just curious if anyone has had something like this with any of the above meds. I see the dr. next Wednesday. I have been on the Gabapentin since the Spring. I've been on the Dextroamphetamine since July. So I can only assume it is the Skelaxin because I complained of mild finger pain after starting it. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I have two claws instead of hands. Can't straighten or bend them. My tailbone is killing me too and hasn't hurt this bad in a while. I start therapy again next week and see the surgeon also. So all bases covered. Thanks
