There are no interactions listed in "The Pill Book". The generic name for it is: Propoxyphene Napsylate + Acetaminophen.
I was actually considering asking my dr about Darvocet for pain. I'd be interested in hearing how it works for you. My mom uses it and said it works well but I read it has the same effectiveness as aspirin so I might try that first. I've tried Aleve and Advil (at prescription doses); the Aleve doesn't do much. The Advil works wonderfully but it upsets my stomach.
I agree with Jewel, the pharmacist is the best person to ask! I call him whenever I have concerns about meds.
