You could try Darvocet which has some tylenol or darvon (propoxyphene) which has none, that should be similiar in strenth (perhaps slightly weaker) or you could try tylenol #3 with codeine which is perhaps slightly stronger than ultram. You can also get pure codeine in several strength tablets without the tylenol, which would probably be the safest of the three drugs mentioned, as propoxyphene can be toxic in higher doses, and tramadol (ultram) has been known to cause seizures above a certain ceiling dose. take care.
