I have been having symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diareah, and extreme fatigue since Monday and I have already been to the Doctor once. She said I had a bug that was going around and gave me promethazine to help my nausea and knock me out. I had to go fill out paper work for a new job today and I am surprised I didn't pass out. I start my new job on Monday and I don't know how I am going to make it if I feel like I am going to die.
