You may want to post on the asthma boards on what acid reflux does to you. Allergies to food causes my reflux problem and it can cause trouble breathing. There is all sorts of infomation on the asthma boards. I took prevacid for it which done wonders. Now I have started looking for the food culprits which was causing the reflux problem. Best of luck and I think your Doctor is on the right track.
