I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) too as does my mother and I can relate to this because I go from diarrhea to constipation to stomach cramps, gas and bloating. Sometime after a meal I'll have the same kind of pain your talking about and once in awhile at night when I'm laying down to go to sleep my guts will just ache and burn like fire (I also have acid reflux). Have you taken anything for it?. I take Prevacid and it helps a LOT but I don't always remember to take it when I should. Good luck and I hope you get the help you need!
