Not only pregnenolone, but progesterone cream. This is the estrogen antagonist--I'm very worried about you on estradiol alone as there are many studies linking estrogens with cancer (even bioidentical estrogens). Even estrogen with premarin (mare's progesterone analog) is linked with cancer.
