i had my gallbladder removed wed while in recovery my blood pressure was 80/40 then got as high as 94/52 i do take heart medicines atenolol pravachol k-dur and niaspain also a few weeks ago i was in the hospital and my blood pressure was low 90/50 could it be because the pain medicines. because everytime i see my heart doctor its like 139/92
