Anybody ever feel like this before???
Getting up in the morning, feeling very nervous and uneasy... just not knowing why. Feeling like something is wrong, just not quite sure what or where. This feeling is strong enough that you want to get out of the house, just to be near someone (I live alone). It's almost like what I would describe as psychic.
This feeling comes and goes, sometimes lasting weeks.

Related info:
I have occasional daytime auras... never leading to a GM.
I've had 8 Gran Mal seizures, all while sleeping, starting in Oct. 2001.
Five of the GM's were caused by trying to wean off of meds, at neuro's request... normal EEG's.
I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs.
Sinus problems/sleep apnea are probable causes for my GM's
Take phenytoin, lorazepam, and diovan... all in small amounts + vitamins.

Is it an aura, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or just life?
I'm guessing it's life!
Just had to sound off about it.

Travis: Maybe it was the combo of 2 or more meds in certain amounts that made you feel those side effects.

You said "Down in the City"... Was there a change of altitude? I've felt different in Colorado at 6500' above sea level, than at sea level in New York State, or at 2600' in Nevada. All of this was before I was on meds or had a GM.

I know I'm not taking too much phenytoin... blood tests show current amount is under theraputic level. It works unless I have a breathing problem at night.
Lorazepam or diazepam helps with auras and depression. It's got to be the stress that doesn't help... always wondering what I did wrong or what's next.

Interesting stuff there, one thing that I have found after having siezures for over twenty years is that it seems like there are lot of "false auras" (kind of like false alarms)..This happens to me generally when I have not had a siezure for a long time and am tired. Many times I tend to write the nervous ness, fake auras, etc off as being my own little parinoia thinking I am going to have a siezure.."I will demand (not tell) myself to stop thinking about it and move on"...moments later I am ok, and realize that it was all just what I call, "nonsense noise"...
