Has anyone tried Relacore for weight loss while taking a seizure medicine?

I've gained my weight only in my stomach area... just like on the TV ad.
My legs, arms and back are fine.
I've been under stress, and have anxiety problems.
I stopped taking Ativan for the anxiety two months ago. It stopped working after 4 years.
I do have controlled high BP on only 80mg diovan.
I also have a seizure disorder controlled with 300mg Phenytoin.
I believe that the stress, anxiety, and/or the medicines made me gain weight.

What I need to know is "does it work"?
Has anyone taken it while having a seizure disorder? High BP?
Any problems?

I will consult my doctor and pharmacist before trying it. I just want to go armed with information.
