Each med such as zoloft, paxil , lexipro, etc., works different for each individual ... 10 days & am now having no side effects at all BUT paxil had terrible side effects on "me" so, I stopped taking ... they were so sever. A friend of mine though takes paxil & it works great for him with no side effects after ... effects.
I metabolize zoloft well & he metabolizes paxil well.
Most doctors will give you an anti depressant ... a med and have TERRIBLE side effects like I did on paxil , then I'd stop after 2 days & go back to the doc to...

As far as the strengths, they differ as well. Paxil is available in 10mg, 20mg, 30mg, and 40mg. Paxil...

Paxil CR 12.5mg would be most equivalent to Paxil 10mg, ... as both are the lowest dosages available.
When Paxil CR was recently unavailable for a few months, doctors ... switched their patients to the regular Paxil closest in strength. Patients on CR 12.5mg were switched ... to Paxil 10mg or 20mg, patients on CR 25mg switched to Paxil ... 20mg or 30mg, and patients on 37.5mg switched to Paxil 40mg. I personally didn't hear any complaints about...
