i aslo have same problem....i've been suffer from dry eyes for almost 2 years. i've been using artificial tears, eye gel and many more...nothing work..but now my eyes less dry because i've been using patanol and tears naturale (artificial tears that contains dextran and no preservetives)...they work very well..and of cousre some exercise.
